Back when I used to be afraid of money, I was pretty damn good at manifesting the same message over and over again from my bank: “you have overdrawn your account today. Your balance is now -$xx.xx.”
There was a time when I had a love/hate relationship with my bank account. When I had money, I loved it. When I didn’t, I hated it. When I had it, I was grateful for it. When I didn’t have it, I resented it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This inconsistency in how I felt about money depending on the day created the inconsistency I used to see inside my bank account. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It took me a while to realize that multi-millionaires & billionaires don’t have any inconsistencies around money. They feel consistently neutral about it because they understand that it’s a neutral resource, completely unbiased to whose bank account it sits in, how it’s being used, how much you have, and is simply a reflection of how well you understand and play the game of money. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And the game is mostly about how well you manage your mindset, emotions & energy around money. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Today, I practice that neutrality toward money. Not in an “I don’t care” way. But in a way that I RESPECT money. I take care of it, I appreciate it, I honor it... but I don’t put it on a pedestal. Money and I are best friends and we are equals together. Money is not above me, and I am not above money. I support the flow of money, and money supports me in return by giving me the tools/resources I need to do my best work in this world and live my best life too.
There are no more ups and downs. No more fears. No more mood swings. Doesn’t matter what number I see in my account, I am ALWAYS in a state of gratitude knowing that I can access however much money I want depending on my level of consciousness and how much I choose to manifest. And it just continues to grow from there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thats what I want you to understand. The quote above is a simplistic way of putting it. Really, it’s your wealth consciousness that physically manifests in your bank account. Change your consciousness, and you will absolutely change your financial reality 🙌🏼💵 .

When did you first here that there was a LACK of something?
Practically every one of us grew up as a kid being told there wasn’t enough of something. The most common one is money 💵.
I heard it too. “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” and “We don’t have enough money.” And there was always a feeling about about “other” people.
Other people had money.
Other people had big houses.
Other people could buy name brand clothing.
The struggle for money was a real one but I’m an adult now, and a lover of learning, and what I was told when I was 6 doesn’t have to have any bearing on my present OR future.
I’m finding that there probably wasn’t enough money because people kept SAYING there wasn’t enough money.
Our words, our beliefs CREATE our reality.
If we always SAY there’s not enough then there won’t ever be enough. But if we switch that around, and now say “I HAVE MORE THAN I NEED.” 👉 That’s a good place to start.
I was fired today. For the first time in my life, I was fired.
I “should” be upset.
I “should” be worried.
I “should” be freaking out.
But I’m not.
And I actually laughed when I found out!
Why??? Because I know it wasn’t where I was supposed to be anyway.
It wasn’t aligned with my vision.
And it wasn’t aligned with how I want to feel.
(And funnily enough I was fired because I hadn’t worked enough days!!!) I had been holding on to this “opportunity” as a security blanket - a back up plan - in case I couldn’t hack it as a goal coach.
In case I failed.
I had been choosing this decision out of fear.
From a place of lack and my inability to trust in my own strengths!
But I’ve done the work.
I’ve invested in my growth.
I’ve collapsed time with my coach.
I no longer “need” this back up plan.
I now fully choose every decision from a place of abundance and standing in my power!
And it feels fucking fabulous!!! I fully see and KNOW this pic of me walking the beach with my littles will one day by my everyday!

Here’s a trick I do when I feel like my brain has not only left the building, but it hopped on a plane and flew half way around the world: I take funny, silly selfies that I have no intention of posting (well, except for now).⠀
I guess it just helps me to see what the world sees. In my mind, I have the cap blown off my head, steam is pouring out, there’s brain matter dripping off my nose, and the temperature is still rising. There’s a little bit of crazy peeking out as I try to wrap my hands around it all to get it to at least slow down. ⠀
A picture reminds me that even though I am a bit off my rocker, I still am a put together child of God. I am still filled with all the fruits He has graciously given me. I am that funny girl my mind thinks I am. And I am very capable of letting it go and just letting Him take it. ⠀

🌟Health plays a major role in confidence, and it was no secret to me, that I needed to be able to give my clients the guidance they needed to become a healthier even more beautiful version of who they truly are! ⠀
🌟In order for me to make that happen, I knew I also needed to invest in myself, so that I could be the leading role model for my clients. ⠀
Slooooowwwwlllyyy but surely, I am taking steps one day at a time to make all of this happen, and YOU can too!!!⠀
Stop feeding yourself the lies that you are not as important as every other aspect of your life! If you are going to be around for your family/friends/legacy, you have to put yourself first and make the changes necessary to gain your health and be successful for your business. ⠀

Good nutrition is vital to reducing fatigue and sluggishness, and increasing energy lovelies! I’m sure you already know this so don’t need to be made to feel bad over what you’re putting in your mouth each day, so instead I am giving you my top tips for incorporating good nutrition into your day below 👇
🌿Top tips to improve your nutrition:
✔️Prepare! Preparation is key. Are you only managing to eat 2 pieces of toast in the morning for breakfast? Girl, I hear you! That was me! Now, on Sunday nights when I know I have a busy week ahead, I pop half a dozen eggs on the boil and pre-make boiled eggs to have on my toast in the mornings! Instead of Vegemite on your toast, opt for avocado on your toast instead to get those good fats into you and BAM, you have yourself eggs on avocado toast for breakfast for the same amount of effort it takes you to do Vegemite on toast at 6am!
✔️Lower caffeine intake. Now I know what you’re thinking and you probably want to stab me in the eye right now for even suggesting this, however hear me out. If your adrenals are already fatigued and constantly ‘switched on’ caffeine is only going to exacerbate the problem. Now I’m not saying cut caffeine altogether, but REDUCE your current intake.
For example, if you currently have a total of 3 teas or coffee’s in a day, reduce this to 2. Then after a few weeks or months when your new habitat has formed, reduce this to 1 a day.
👉I’ve found a great coffee alternative is Roasted Dandelion Tea - it tastes like an instant coffee, miss the caffeine! Substituting this in place of one or two of my coffee’s each day has significantly helped me.
✔️Increase your daily water intake to a minimum of 2 litres a day. We all know our bodies need water to survive, however did you know that if you’re not getting enough water each day, this can actually cause brain fog and increase your fatigue! If needed, buy an accountability water bottle that encourages you to drink a certain amount of water by each time of the day.
