✨🌈Happy Saturday☺️✨Guess what, you don’t have to know everything and that’s OKAY. Invite yourself to ask for help, if you need it. Experiences may present and sometimes with an unexpected twist and it can bearable or unbearable or both. It is also true that you may not know an event will present and it’s OKAY. We are now living in a world where we are to be indoors and who would have predicted that? To some, this pandemic is unbearable, and to others it is bearable or even manageable. It is OKAY to not know the next steps. Invite yourself to have faith. Life is filled with many demands, pulling us left, right, up, and down. Life seems fast-paced, and it is always changing, so it is OKAY to not know. Keeping up with EVERYTHING may become overwhelming and frustrating to some and that is normal. Invite yourself to create boundaries. Remember, not everyone or everything should have access to your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.It is true that sometimes in life we receive unpredictable news-both positive and challenging. Allow yourself to accept, knowing and NOT knowing. New challenges are hard to accept and in those moments, ask yourself, am I learning something? What can I learn from this or will I learn? Are new learning opportunities teaching me something that may foster growth in the future? We ALL tend to want to control everything or to know everything and that’s okay; and it is also important to be mindful of your emotional and mental responses during those moments. How do you feel in those moments? How are you managing those moments? It is okay to not know. It is okay to investigate or do research, if you do not know and IF you can. To my beautiful perfectionists, it is OKAY to not know. Be patient, and kind to yourself.

What are you laying your foundation on?
If your foundation is weak and not built on Christ alone, you will be swept away by every storm that comes in your direction.
But, if your foundation is built on the strong cornerstone of Christ - you will remain strong and tall in the face of any storm.
Be firmly grounded in Jesus and do not allow the enemy to sway you in the tempting directions he presents to you.
Be in constant prayer with a sound mind, and remain firmly planted in Christ because He will never ever lead you astray.
Read the Word of God so that you can partner with truth and understanding.
"He who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the Rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the wind blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the Rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash." Matthew 7:24-26
Heavenly Father, help me to be daily grounded and firmly rooted in your word so that I can withstand the storms of life. Help me to be guided by the promptings of the Holy Spirit, and to die to my flesh everyday so that I can become more and more like You. I want to grow in my knowledge of you and understanding of you, so that I won’t be tossed around in doubt. Please forgive me for ever have wandering away from You. I give You my heart and my life.

Today we are going to talk about warm-up, and the importance to do it before practice and workout.
Here, I am showing you a specific routine for backbends.
A proper warm-up purpose is to prevent injuries by increasing the body’s core and muscle temperature. Warm muscles increase the rate of energy production which increases reflexes, mobility, flexibility and lowers the time it takes to contract a muscle.
So, even if you want to take a quick shot in a cool spot, remember to take a few minutes to prepare your body.
Exercise 1 and 2
Setu Bandha Sarvangasana - Bridge Pose
▪️Strengthens back, glutes, legs and ankles.
▪️Opens chest, heart and hip flexors.
▪️Stretches the chest, neck, shoulders and spine.
Supta Virasana - Reclined Hero Pose
▪️Increases mobility and blood flow in the hip flexors, thighs, and knees
▪️It provides relief for aching and tired legs
▪️Stretches and strengthens the ankles and improves flexibility in the spine.
Ustrasana - Camel Pose
▪️Stretches chest, abdomen, quadriceps, and hip flexors.
▪️Improves spinal flexibility; strengthens shoulders and back muscles, thighs and arms Loosen up the vertebrate; opens up the hips, and improves posture.
Urdhva Dhanurasana - Wheel Pose
▪️Strengthen arms, shoulders, hands, wrists and legs
