I have this thing that I do every time I feel exposed to the world, in situations that are not 100% safe, or isolated and sad. I’ve done this for years now and it always made me feel better and safe. . This year I learned that this same thing can be used in hypnotherapy sessions and I was like “holy sh’t! That’s a real thing!!!” And that’s because it’s really helpful! . That’s on a mind’s eye level, not a “physical, visible, touchable” thing. It’s not for our physical senses, but energetic senses. Spiritual senses. Ethereal senses. . When I’m feeling like I’m in those situations I listed above, I take a deep breath and imagine I’m surrounded by a bubble. A bubble that protects me. That makes me feel safe and loved. A bubble that will keep all negativity out. Dangers out. Threats out. I’m a spiritual person, so I believe that when you do that, you really do create an energetic bubble all around you that repels any unwanted energy, words, actions. Even though they won’t stop happening, you won’t be affected by it. . If you know Steven Universe, and I’m sure you do, you can imagine it like his bubble of protection. Tres toneladas de peces muertos, cientos de caballitos de mar y de peces pipa retirados de las orillas sin vida o agonizantes. Fue hace poco cuando descubrí este desconocido paraíso y la verdad es que cuando iba a Cabo de Palos en los últimos dos años, me motivaba más bucear en el mar menor a tan solo un metro de agua, que en la propia reserva de Islas Hormigas (tal vez la mejor de Europa). Llegué a ver en una hora decenas de caballitos, cientos de peces pipa y diferentes animales no tan comunes de ver en otros lugares. Todo envuelto en un misticismo y una luz que penetraba en esa agua de color del jade, que hacían de cada momento allí sumergido una experiencia mágica. Belleza, peculiaridad y fragilidad definían este pequeño y poco profundo mar lleno de riqueza y de sorpresas. Un lugar que como un ser querido que se ha ido, me arrepiento de no haber podido disfrutar más y haberme preocupado más por luchar por él. Después de toda esta desesperanza, quiero dejar un último pensamiento de esperanza. Creo firmemente que nunca es tarde, la naturaleza es sorprendente y aunque tan solo quede un pequeño atisbo de lo que la vida allí ha sido, estoy seguro de que la misma podría volver a abrirse paso, aunque de muchos años se trate. Así que esperemos y hagamos algo por fin. Porque, aunque sea tarde merece la pena intentarlo. No podemos permitir que la primera imagen del caballito se convierta para siempre en la segunda imagen y esta en nuestra mano elegir.
