Taken away by the waves of cruelty, disappeared in silence... Women's destiny should not be written in this way.
Completed without remorse, abandoned to their fate... tribute to those souls who deserved life.
Ladies let's talk! Let us unite our voices to no longer know the pain of discrimination!
Should we accept that to be a woman is to be plagued by the ego of the barbarians? Should we keep quiet and die?
Jumping into the water is not synonymous with drowning. Let's be proud to be a woman and cry out to the world. Let's not be afraid to denounce our tormentors.
The SOS is launched, awareness must follow.
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING V’s PERSONAL TRAINING? ⠀
What do you prefer? ⠀
1️⃣ Small groups 2-4 people, so you still get a good amount of coach contact time but the sessions plan needs to be broadly designed to the group. ⠀
2️⃣ 1 on 1 training when’re the entire session / sessions are tailored to you, your needs and your goals? ⠀
If you had asked me 5 years ago I’d have said personal 1 on 1 training. However small groups / semi private training model has some benefits:⠀
💴 Much more affordable so it can be done potentially more times per week. Keep the individuals more accountable.⠀
🏋🏻♀️ Great for learning technique because you can see others lift. Rather than just doing what your told, you’ll start to see others and how they move which is a great way to learn.⠀
😊 Way more fun. Small groups are a lot more motivating / enjoyable, not only to participate in but to coach as well.⠀
🤝 Make you equally if not more accountable. Letting down a trainer is one thing. Letting down 1-3 other people is more likely to make you, turn up and do any homework you were set. ⠀
Obviously if you have a lot of very specific needs, require help with injuries or want tailored nutrition advice. Then 1 on 1 is a better place to start. For 75% of the population I’d say you would be just fine in a small group (ideally no more than 4 or 5).
