RAW REVIEW: The show started with Rusev and Lana signing the divorce papers. After arguing about the custody of their dog Rusev demanded a match with Lashley. Bobby came out and said he would marry Lana soon which was followed by a brawl (worst opener, this feud is stupid, Lana’s acting was weak, hopefully the won’t continue this after TLC with a marriage). Drew def. Matt Hardy (squash match, calling Matt a bad father was a nice touch for the heat, still Drew needs a serious feud). Viking Raiders def. Street Profits (rushed but fun match, this is what the tag team division is missing). Owens attacked Mojo for making fun of him. Seth called out AOP but Owens answered and demanded AOP. Refusing his help Rollins walked out and Sami came out to demand an apology for attacking his new client. Owens attacked Rawley further though (finally this feud is moving, Seth stayed face for too long, Sami’s a great mic worker still I would prefer to see him wrestle). Aleister def. Akira (squash match that isn’t fair to Akira, did nothing for Black’s feud with Buddy). Humerto def. Andrade (refreshing match, both have incredible talent, with more time this feud could be awesome). Buddy def. Zack (Ryder was very dominating here which didn’t fit with it being a squash, still didn’t do anything for the feud). AOP and Seth attacked Owens. Afterwards Seth made clear he joins AOP (intense promo, great attack, this added far more heat then recent segments did). Becky def. The Kabuki Warriors by DQ. The champs also challenged Lynch and Flair to a TLC match (great match, not so good ending, the DQ protected Becky). Rowan def. a local (wasted time). NXT REVIEW 12/11/19 •Cruiserweight Championship Match Garza defeated Rush (C) to become NEW Cruiserweight Champion! Great match and I jumped outta my seat when Angel won. I don’t know why I like this guy so much, but screw it I’m on board. After the match he also proposed and is now engaged! What a magical night for Garza! - •Mendoza defeated Grimes. This was shocking, but Kushida got some payback after Grimes attacked him at the performance center and Mendoza stole a pinfall. Kushida then took Grimes Abe Lincoln hat and walked out lol. - •Banks defeated Ryker. This was shocking cause Ryker doesn’t have many losses and Banks is from NXT UK yet after a springboard knee to the face he got a pinfall! - •Kai defeated Yim after using the exposed turnbuckle. Him attacked Kai after the match and put her ass through a table and it was a nasty landing good gawd almighty. Kai went full on Spike Dudley and her head bounced off one of the tables it was brutal. - •Breezango defeated the Singh Brothers. This was a good tag match considering where it was at on the card and good Lord Fandango went hard af. I hope his arm is ok and that apron powerbomb was insane. - •Bianca won a jobber match. Ok. - •Triple Threat Number 1 Contenders match to determine who will fight for the NXT Championship. Balor defeated Ciampa and Lee. Good main event and they all went back and forth.
