If it’s not perfect it’s not good enough.
I've had a revelation! This👆is my self harming belief. It's why I won't do things that I know will work. Because I think I'm incapable of doing it perfectly for some reason or another, or what I think is perfect, I won't do it. Omg so simple. Now why do I think this way?
Always coming back to core belief systems that were instilled in me at a young age- Because I was raised that good enough wasn't good enough. It was perfect or nothing. Good enough didn't get you into heaven. Good enough wouldn't get you a husband. Good enough wouldn't get your parents happiness. Good enough just wouldn't quite get you there... Well limiting beliefs be damned! Do it girl, whether or not you have all the tools, knowledge, experience, skills, etc.
Everything in this physical realm exists because someone tried and probably failed but then kept trying until their dream was realized. They didn't know anything ahead of time. They just had a vision. They knew what they wanted. And they went after it. Every hero movie made starts with someone deciding to do something impossible!

Living an active and healthy lifestyle is a form of self respect. Work out and nourish your body from a place of love and the situation completely changes. I think a lot of people don’t prioritize movement because they have other responsibilities and goals which leaves no time for working out but being active will likely fuel your growth and add to the other important aspects of your life. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym, you can go for a walk, do a yoga class, play a sport etc. but do something. From a place of love and self respect, just do something and it will enhance your life no doubt.💫
