Last days I’m really busy...We came back from holidays, and just day after the heating in our house went down...well at home is very cold, so bad, that I even don’t want to make a smoothie bowl 🥶🥶🥶we put on warm pajamas and we’re waiting for rescue 😂😂😂
Today I share with you recipe I made a while ago.
Overnight oats with chia seeds, and avocado mousse.
•1 tsp hazelnut butter
•pinch of salt
•2 tsp cocoa powder
•1 -2 tsp date syrup
Blend all the ingredients until creamy .

Iv started my SW journey for the (iv lost count) 🙄... This time its different,my health wasn't an issue for me before,I just wanted to be slim again.This time it's my health,I have been diagnosed with pre diabetes and high blood pressure,of which both can be turned around and there is no reason that I cant lead a normal,healthy,happy lifestyle.I hide behind snapchat filters and big baggy cloths that dint show my wobbly bits,even my pic on here makes me cringe,its the real me and I dont want to face her,but I have to 😕...So,I started my journey on the 8th of January and to date I have lost 1st 1.5lb...I'm over the moon with that and I am so excited to see what I can achieve this year. So many friends and people on insta that I have never met have inspired me (your all bloody amazing) thankyou 😘 ..... I dont want to share my journey on my personal media as I'm not ready to show the world the real me just yet,I'm not ready do get rid of those filters and be me,,but making this account could and hopefully will help me more,I can keep track of my meals,photo comparisons and weigh ins (good and bad)..... Little life update: I’ve spent the last four days being crazy busy trying to plan, organise and sort out my life. With starting my new job, spending half my 💰 on clearances, and getting prepared for university starting, I became overwhelmed this week and neglected my training and nutrition. I was only eating 1 meal a day and as a major consequence I’ve felt tired, run down and only trained a couple of times. This afternoon I got my shit together and wrote down a weekly schedule to balance my work/uni/social life. I’m someone who likes to be planned and organised as it helps me keep track of what I need to be doing and when. I find that when I follow a scheduled routine I achieve my goals quicker and to a higher standard. Sometimes life can get in the way of things and leave you feeling overwhelmed, and that is totally okay! However, what’s important to remember is to not stay stuck and find ways to get yourself back on track. Just take it day by day🤗
The past couple weeks have been a bit crazy... I've been back and forth to the vet with one of my dogs with an infection, I've had the farrier & vet out to one of my horses who is lame and has an abscess in her hoof, so been busy bandaging, giving antibiotics and pain relief. I've been baby sitting my nephew & nieces who have been off school sick so that my sister can still go to work.. my son had a tummy bug, got better and then 3 days later got a nasty cold & viral infection! 😥😥 as a result he has been up throughout the night the past week and has been pretty miserable and grumpy during the day (although I don't really blame him)
My partner also did his back in a couple months ago so I have been doing all the house work, cooking, dog walking, bathing & putting our son to bed on my own since about christmas time.
It just seems to be that everything always comes at once... it all caught up with me last night and I felt so burnt out I crashed in bed at 6pm! I have no idea how single parents do it, I have nothing but respect!
I've been sticking to healthy meals & just fitting in workouts whenever I can! Fingers crossed everything will calm down soon and get back to normal so I can focus a bit more on my weightloss journey 😊🤞

Tapi disamping olah raga, tidur cukup dan makan Karbo jgn di hilangin, tubuh butuh.
dan 1 yg penting, Nafas Kehidupan itu punya TUHAN, Dia yg nentuin..bukan Fitness, bukan gaya hidup, and whateverlaah... intinya, selagi dikasih kesempatan utk Hidup...gunakan utk menyenangkan hati Tuhanmu 😉
