ALL is Mind, the Universe is Mental. ⠀
You have the power to manifest or heal states of dis-ease from your mind alone. ⠀
What sounds like new-age spiritual jargon has been shown time and time again through scientific experiments on the power of mental placebo effects. ⠀
Our body is the field which sets dis-ease in motion but it is the Mind that is ultimately the deciding factor. ⠀
What you embody. What you mentally energize. What you affirm. What you see through your Mind’s eye...⠀
IS WHAT YOU MANIFEST AND EXPERIENCE. ⠀
To accept the endless plethora of ‘incurable’ dis-ease names and even timelines on your Life is to further manifest them into your reality.⠀
You convince a person to truly believe that they have 6 months to live and voila, they have transitioned like clockwork. ⠀
That’s not medical insight, that’s a death sentence embraced by the patient. ⠀
A ‘dis-ease’ is a manifestation of imbalance and disharmony within the Mind-Body-Soul trinity. ⠀
It’s literally in the name itself, a state of being not ‘at ease’. ⠀
That’s really all that needs to innerstood. ⠀
The endless names of dis-eases simply based on location and concentration of congestion or imbalance leads more to victimization than it does good. ⠀
New dis-eases are ‘found’ almost daily without a cure insight. ⠀
The game is being played incorrectly. ⠀
Strive for balance. Strive for harmony. Strive for harmony with Nature. ⠀
Never embrace, embody, and energize that which you wish not to manifest. ⠀
See dis-ease as a warning sign of the intelligence of the body to correct your actions and get back in harmony with your Self. ⠀
Not as a death sentence of incurable pain and suffering. ⠀
Healing must take place in the Mind before it can manifest in the physical. ⠀
Did you know that Connecticut’s own Noah Webster wrote an outline for the future of American government in 1785? That’s right - 2 years before the Constitution was signed on this day, 232 years ago. “Sketches of American Policy” contained what Webster himself called “the first distinct proposal, made through the medium of the press, for a new constitution of the United States.” Webster’s “Sketches” was read by “virtually every educated man in America who participated in the affairs of the government.” Nearly every delegate at the Constitutional Convention had a copy of Sketches. Biographer Harlow Unger also notes that “the framers of the Constitution incorporated almost of all its principles into the framework they created.” And “Sketches” came out a good 2 1/2 years before the Federalist Papers, penned by Hamilton, Madison, and Jay.
Later, in the fall if 1787, Webster was asked by members of the Constitutional Convention to write a pamphlet endorsing the proposed Constitution. The resulting “Examinations into the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution” was addressed to the common man, to help them understand why the Constitution was important historically, how the new government would work, and how it would benefit ordinary citizens.
Webster’s publication was widely read, and again, some think it was even more influential than the Federalist Papers. The men who read “Examinations” elected the state legislators that were in support of ratification.
Connecticut farm boy makes good, helping with the founding of our country!

Powerful to read Patricia's story as she explains why she has got involved with the @independentage Let's Get Personal campaign
• • • • • •
Last week, Patricia visited @10DowningStreet with fellow campaigner Margaret to deliver a 14,000-signature petition demanding that @BorisJohnsonMP introduce free personal care for older people.
What motivated her to get involved? Find out below. "On Tuesday 10th September 2019 I joined Margaret (an Independent Age campaigner) and staff from Independent Age to deliver a petition to No. 10 Downing Street. The petition was calling on the Government to introduce free personal care for older people and has been signed by nearly 14,000 people.
I think this campaign is very important, especially for people who still want to live in their home. Not everyone can afford to pay the fees for care homes but they still need to access the services. We spent over £5,500 a month on my mother-in-law’s care which meant she had to sell her home. With free personal care, she could have got support with essential activities like washing, getting dressed and going to the toilet in her own home for free. It’s likely she would still have had to move into a care home eventually, but free personal care would have meant she could have stayed in her home - which she had lived in for over 50 years - for longer, and it would have reduced the costs of her residential care.
I have been involved in this campaign for several months now. In April, I went to Parliament to speak to MPs about the importance of free personal care. I really enjoyed speaking to politicians and seeing how many of them supported Independent Age’s campaign."
