Sunday Night is the best time to set up the week ahead and get clear on what you need to accomplish to move closer to those big dreams & goals.
Take a look at your life goals and plan out the big things you can do this week with your body, diet, work, business ideas, finances and relationships.
Break each day down and have at least 3 big things on each of the days you absolutely MUST get done.
It's also a great time to set up your playlist of 5 songs that motivate you and select a few motivational videos from YouTube that will get you fired up and excited to get out of bed and make big things happen.
Have an amazingly powerful and successful week and if you set it up right you will be half way there.
Oh and one more thing... Set your alarm for before 5am!

be yourself, babe. • if i could go back in time to my twenty year old self, i'd do that whole part of life differently + i'd be myself fully. but thank God for the opportunity to learn from our experiences. all part of the beauty of maturity + change. the freedom that comes with being true to yourself is by far one of the best feelings. • God has made you who you are for a purpose. don't conform to society to fit a "standard." • the people meant to be part of your life will be, the rest may fade + that is 100% okay. 🖤 happy sunday, friends!

Too often when we figure out our strengths and weakness’, we tend to focus on how to fix our weakness’ (the problem). Imagine if you gave full f*cking tunnel focus on your strengths (the solution) and outsourced your weakness. If you can wake up every day knowing that you will utilize all your energy on what you are GOOD at not what needs to be fixed, then you will see massive progress. .
If you are good at something exploit, exploit and exploit. If you are bad at something explore, explore and explore. 👏🏻
If you’re the person who is waking up every single day with the energy and passion that is needed, because you are doing something you love, then you are already winning at life. Combining your passion with talent and hard work is the recipe for a successful and fulfilling future which is the ultimate goal. 🙏🏻

Salsa Chicken. If you’re someone with a large appetite and still wanting something low calorie, this is a great meal for you. It’s a large volume of food for not many calories. @themealprepmanual
2lbs chicken breast
14oz can chicken broth
2 cups salsa
2 15oz cans black beans
1 tbsp (8g) cumin
1/4 cup (28g) jack cheese
3 medium (450g) bell peppers
1 medium (200g) onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1. Put the chicken and broth in a crockpot. Cook on low for 5-7 hours of high for less.
2. Remove the chicken from crockpot when finished cooking and shred. Add salsa and mix. Season to taste.
3. Cut onion and peppers into strips. Sauté in oil until soft.
4. Add black beans to a pot. Bring to a light boil and mash the beans into a paste. Add oil if necessary. Cook until the liquid has reduced (probably 8-10 minutes). Add cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Divide your ingredients 5 ways. Top the beans with a little bit of jack cheese.
6. Nutrition information for each dish: 510 CALS. 43g C | 53g C | 14g F
For the weight loss side omitted the beans and cheese and added an extra pepper. For the gain side I added a can of black beans and 3/4 cup more cheese.

Between trying to get going in the morning when our kids would rather be sleeping and trying to get dinner on the table in the evening when we’ve also got dance, soccer, homework, PTO meetings, and any number of other obligations, it often feels like our Monday through Friday is nothing but rush, rush, RUSH!
That is why, for most of us, taking a few hours on Sunday to prepare lunch can put us on track for a healthy eating WEEK!
