I did a photoshoot for @femail@dailymail yesterday to demonstrate that women can be fit and have abs at any age...as per @jlo
They glammed me up, gave me a very pretty dress to wear and I tensed harder than in this behind the scenes snap 😅 so I hope the photos will inspire as they are intended to...
I do think it’s interesting how we naturally say ‘for their age’ when we say people look good though - almost as if we are supposed to NOT look fit for the majority of our life..?
I prefer to subscribe to the @strausszelnick school of thought which says we can get fitter and better in every aspect as we get older. He continues to prove this at the age of 61 as does @drbobarnot at the age of 76.....and we all know how great @jlo looks...and so I’m very hopeful that I can do this and I hope you are are too!
