When AOC started arguing that tuition breaks shouldn't be means tested, I rolled my eyes so damn hard. Yeah, poor kids (who don't go to college because they have nobody to pay their bills) gotta pay higher taxes to send rich kids to school. How fucking "progressive."

with this whole thing going it’s been difficult for me to get into a routine but i think i’m starting to find my way
my new favorite way to start my morning is by doing either a yoga or stretch youtube video, followed by a yummy breakfast. after that it’s all school work until lunch time! and then if it’s sunny, i put my bathing suit on, grab a blanket, a book, and my airpods and i head outside to lay in the sun! it makes me feel like i’m going on some kind of beach adventure 🌴
what’s your new normal looking like?
(1/2) Cardinals, don't miss a live Zoom student meeting and Q&A tomorrow, Fri, April 10 from 12-1pm. Get details on satisfactory/unsatisfactory grading options and a withdraw option due to COVID-19. You'll also get the chance to ask questions and connect with NIC leadership.
Getting a head start is important; once you’re caught up in midterms and final exams, you don’t want that stress to interfere with your job search. If you get the details in order now, you’ll have a much easier time applying for jobs once spring comes around.
Here are 3 tips to get you started:
1.Straighten out your social media presence
2.Write a starter resume
3. Start searching for jobs

Incredibly, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli still deny wrongdoing in the college admissions scandal. Their prosecutors have taken up the laboring oar. https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-04-09/college-admissions-scandal-counselor-memo-giannulli-loughlin …

These last couple of weeks have been hard however I've been working my part time health coaching business helping people stay healthy which now has supplemented my retail income! It has been so busy!
People need this opportunity (mentally, physically, and financially) MORE THAN EVER right now!!!!👏🏼👏🏼
I am now looking for 3 people who want to help me. Whether you want to get healthy, get fit, stay fit and/or make extra income - my team is expanding !!
So much growth while majority of the world has applied for un-employment. 😭 Open your eyes to other options & stay open minded 🤞🏻.
I did & it changed my life drastically - who's interested? There's no better time than now 😀
As we reflect on Mary, those who are parents can consider how we may need to release our children from expectations and support them to be obedient to God’s calling, even when it gets risky and dangerous. Our role expands as we grow from parent to fellow believer and ministry supporter. As we do this, we may find that our children’s calling might become ours too.

Welcome to my page👋🏼! I am Ness and join me through my nursing school journey💉🩺. I’ll post tips, tricks, resources, and my view on nursing school. •
Nursing School Tip #1: ORGANIZATION! •
Organization is extremely important for pre-nursing students, nursing students, and generally, each and every student! Focusing more on nursing, we all know the state exams that await us once we graduate. (Hello, NCLEX! See you next summer😊) Well, one way for us to prepare for the NCLEX is to save our notes from nursing school. I knew from day one that I wanted to save all of my notes. Plus, I know I will need all of my notes to study for the NCLEX. So, my father brought me a brand new laptop to keep all of my information on one device throughout my entire nursing program. •
Here’s an insight of my organization. I make a folder for EACH course. This is important because you want to be able to find information easier. Within each folder I create other folders. For example, I have exam folders, clinical folders, handout folders, etc. Organization helps me get through nursing school and keeps me hopeful for the NCLEX. I know I won’t have to scatter through papers to find information. It is all in my laptop and easily accessible. •
Please, feel free to comment/DM any questions you may have for me. Stay tuned for more informative posts!😊
How you can prepare for medical school while in high school
Been getting this Q a lot in my DMs and decided to make a whole post on it! Although I can’t speak for every high school since every state can be different with ages you can do certain things, but here’s what I did! .
1️⃣Volunteer. Find a position, place, or cause that you can continuously volunteer at and be passionate about. This is probably the best thing you can do while in high school since most volunteer positions aren’t age restricted, and finding a passion where you can invest you time into will make you stand out as an applicant for sure.
2️⃣ Habits. High school is the best time to form long lasting study habits. Keep your grades up, but don’t burn out. I made the mistake of going really hard my first couple of years in high school / undergrad and slowly fizzled towards the end. So form good study habits / morning routines, but don’t over-work yourself.
3️⃣ Get a job. Any job, start getting little life experiences anywhere you can. My first real job was working at Starbucks and I learned some of the best customer service skills that I incorporate into patient interactions. Also, it’s a great humbling experience when you get yelled at for making a coffee wrong 🙄
These are just a few that I can fit into a caption, but if you guys have anymore questions, please drop them below ⬇️⬇️⬇️and i’ll try and answer as many as I can (or make a part II to this)
#ThankfulThursday While we hope and pray that the suffering caused by COVID-19 ends soon, one thing we can be thankful for is the babies whose lives have been saved because the abortion facilities had to close down, at least temporarily, for quarantine. Praise the Lord that He can use even tragedy to bring about unexpected good in the world.
