Here’s a fun plank progression that you can do if regular planks are getting too easy 🔥.
This plank variation forces you to resist extension of back and rotation of the torso, challenging the strength and stability of your shoulders, core, and hips ✊🏾.
If you don’t have toilet paper 🧻 then you’ll have to get a bit creative.. use a small book or even a tennis ball if you think you can handle it 😛.

Throwing it wayyyyy back to 2015 USAPL Raw Nationals. I miss these times for numerous reasons. This picture was right after I had won and you could see the pure joy on my face due to some crazy behind the curtain events lol (only those that were there know what’s good)...this meet showed me how valuable a “team” was at powerlifting events. Although this sport is considered “individual”, you better believe a good team is what separates the good from great. Thank you to everyone that has been a part of this journey of mine. Continuing the concept of this danceform as a language (similar to any other artform) and how to freestyle/transition into entire phrases or combinations of movement. This is the most prevalent formula for breaking in both competition and performance settings. •
