A NEW DAWN FOR ỤMỤ IDEMILI . .
Yesterday, June 11, 2019 to the Glory of God I was sworn in as a Member, House of Representatives (MHR) to represent the good people of Idemili North and South Federal Constituency at the Green Chamber of the 9th National Assembly.
We have come a long way to this moment, and I immensely thank God for His grace that has sustained me for the 12-year political journey that brought me to this reality. I am grateful to my beautiful and loving wife and kids for their understanding, tolerance and the strong support system they provided throughout the years we struggled to get here.
My siblings, in-laws, friends have all been supportive in our determined march to victory. I sincerely appreciate the love and support you have given me.
To my campaign team, the best ever assembled in the history of any election, I can't thank you enough for all the sacrifices, the long hours, late nights and all you had to put up with to ensure that June 11 became a reality. I will forever remember all your contributions to this success and I am very grateful.
Finally, to Ụmụ Idemili, the people to whom this victory belongs to, words would not be enough to thank you for believing so much in me to serve and represent your interests at the National Assembly. For 12 years you stood with me, for me and by me and never for once did you give up on me. Today, we have secured our mandate and I promise to live up to your expectations.
I once again reiterate that I shall never relent in fulfilling the promises contained in my manifesto during the campaign. I promise to bring effective representation closer to Ụmụ Idemili. To this, in the coming days my Constituency Offices shall be commissioned and opened, at Ogidi in Idemili North and Ojoto in Idemili South as promised in my manifesto and they shall remain open and functional till the end of the 9th National Assembly. Let’s join hands to make Idemili better. . .
